In partnership with Sher El-Khair initiative and Foundation For Yemen, the association organizes an entertainment program for dozens of sick children of Yemen Society for Thalassemia and Genetic Blood Disorders in the hall of Thalassemia and Genetic Blood Disorders Center in Sana’a.

The recreational program, organized by the association in partnership with the Sher Al-Khair Initiative and Foundation for Yemen to Development and Peace, aims to provide psychological and moral support to patients and enhance their self-confidence. The program attended by the Director the Center, Dr. Mukhtar Ismail, and the head of the resources department at the association Mr. Rabab Tawfiq distributes gifts, participates in play and fun with children, and exchanges friendly conversations with them, in addition to encouraging them to draw to express their dreams and aspirations. During a meeting with the initiative team, the Director of the Center Dr. Mukhtar Ismail thanked Sher Al-Khair Initiative and Foundation for Yemen to Development and Peace, for their interest in these patients, and their contribution to alleviating their suffering.
The director of the center emphasized the importance and necessity of joint coordination between the association and the center on one hand, and youth initiatives and organizations on the other hand. To work on raising awareness of the dangers of these diseases and ways to prevent them.
