The General Director of the Planning Office at Al-Amanah visits Thalassemia and Genetic Blood Disorders Center

This morning, Tuesday, 8/25/2020, the Director-General of the Planning Office in the Capital Sana’a, Mr. Khaled Muhammad Al-Nahmi, on an inspection visit to Thalassemia and Genetic Blood Disorders, where he was briefed during the visit on the center’s workflow and was introduced to the departments that provide medical and treatment services to patients free of charge.

   Al-Nahmi praised the great humanitarian roles played by the leadership and staff of the center, wishing them continued success in their duties in the interest of patients, explaining his solidarity and standing with the people of this issue, which calls for the solidarity and support of everyone.

   For his part, the Association’s General Director, Mr. Jamil Ali Al-Khayati pointed out that thalassemia and genetic blood disorders are spreading throughout our country. As a result of intermarriage without conducting a pre-marital test and the multiplication of the number of births, and this calls for the concert and the stand together of the official authorities, businessmen and people of hands side by side to eliminate this incurable disease that threatens our community…!
