Under the Slogan “We Plant Hope and Remove Pain”

The German College of Medical Sciences and Technology, in coordination and cooperation with the National Center for Blood Transfusion and its Researches, and Yemen Society for Thalassemia and Genetic Blood Disorders(YSTH) , sat up a voluntary blood donation campaign for patients with thalassemia and genetic blood disorders on Wednesday 10/2/2021, under the slogan “We plant hope and remove pain”, at the college square, under the supervision of Dr. Rania Al-Athwari, and the technical director of the National Center for Blood Transfusion and its Researches Dr. Adnan Al-Hakimi, and the medical staff accompanying him. The association was represented during the campaign by Mr. Abdullah Al-Jadaei the YSTH head of the Relations and Media Department, and YSTH media officer Mr. Abdul-Ghani Aljalla.

  The YSTH general director Mr. Jameel Ali Al-Khayati praised the efforts of the German College, and the team of the National Center for Blood Transfusion and its Researches on their ongoing humanitarian efforts towards patients with Thalassemia and Genetic Blood diseases.

   At the end of the campaign, the College Dean Dr. Muhammad Al-Ammari represented gratitude and appreciation to the YSTH and National Center for Blood Transfusion and its Research; for their great efforts in alleviating suffering, wishing them further progress and success for the health and safety of patients.
