About projects

The idea of ​​projects is to provide essential medicines for patients with Thalassemia and other Hemoglobinopathies at the headquarters of Sana’a for a certain period. The projects will be implemented during the period specified after the funding and receipt of quantities of medicines and in coordination with the relevant bodies will be priority in the distribution of medicines to patients suffering from complications and diseases, especially in the winter.

Justifications for pharmaceutical relief projects

– Lack of essential medicines for patients, which affects their health and their effectiveness and lead to serious complications and permanent disabilities and affect their lives and may lead to the premature death of many patients.
– Poor ability of families of patients to buy medicines due to lack of local and high prices, especially with the presence of more than one patient in a family as these diseases are hereditary.
– The high mortality rate of children and young people with these diseases recently due to lack of essential medicines.
– Provide a minimum of medicines for patients to promote their health and help them to live with the disease, especially in the winter.
