Announcement No. (1) of tender 2019 for the supply of medicines for thalassemia and sickle cell anemia patients.

Yemen Society for Thalassemia and Genetic Blood Disorders in Sana’a announced that Tender No. (1) 2019 will be launched according to the following: Tender Subject: Supply of medicines for Thalassemia and Sickle Cell Anemia patients.

Parties concerned with participation: Agents, suppliers and pharmaceutical companies in Yemen; to register in the tender.

The parties wishing to Participation: Attendance at the YSTH headquarters; to register and receive tender envelopes containing the following:

A- A list of medicines offered in the tender with specifying their quantities and their most important specifications.

B- Conditions, criteria, and controls of the tender, the mechanism for awarding items, and the comparison between bids.

C- A model contract for supplying medicines between the association and the supplier, according to the results of the tender.

D- Conditions for submitting bids and the required attachments upon delivery of envelopes. Note that the last date for registration and receipt of tender envelopes is Monday, 11/4/2019. Bidding: The participating entities must submit their bid for all or some of the tender items in envelopes sealed with

 red wax, noting that the last date for submitting bids is Tuesday 12/11 / 2019 open envelopes

The tender envelopes will be opened on Thursday, 11/14/2019 at ten in the morning at the association’s headquarters, in the presence of the parties participating in the tender.
