In order to enhance the level of beneficiary satisfaction

On Thursday,10 Shaaban 1444 AH , corresponding to March 2 2023 AD, YSTH held a training meeting for its technical and administrative staff , under the slogan ” Enhancing beneficiaries’ satisfaction with the services provided, which was presented by the trainer, Ali Abdullah Dahwa. The training meeting was characterized by positive interaction by the participants.

 For his part, the Director General ,Mr. Jamil Ali Al-Khayati explained that the association represented by its president , its administrative body ,and its executive management is keen to implement such training courses to refine its staff with the necessary knowledge and skills to deal with visitors and visitors to the association and its treatment centers ,and to improve performance in a way that contributes to achieving beneficiary satisfaction.
