He pointed out that the number of patients registered in the branch records is more than 1000 patients and that about 10,000 cases They are located in Zabid, Beit al Faqih, Lahya, Zaydiyah and Salqanah.

For his part, Director General of the Health Bureau in Hodeidah Dr. Abdul Rahman Jarallah said that the office directed all government hospitals to provide free medical services to Thalassemia patients and in coordination with private hospitals to reduce 50% of the medical services for these patients.
