Together, we can raise awareness about the importance of a pre-marital testing and blood donation.

In coordination with Yemen Society for Thalassemia and Genetic Blood disorders, the Yemeni-Jordanian University held, today, Tuesday, an awareness campaign to introduce the risks of thalassemia and hereditary blood disorders and ways to prevent them, like  the most important of which is conducting an early medical testing and medical consultation before marriage.

The awareness campaign was also accompanied, in coordination and cooperation with the National Blood Transfusion and Research Center, by a voluntary donation campaign to donate blood for the benefit for thalassemia patients, patients with genetic blood disorders, and other patients in need of blood transfusions

#Early_testing_and_medical_consultation_before_marriage_ are reassurance and tranquility for the family and society.
