Although the great pain .. Awareness continues

The Society’s media and public relations department ends the year with an awareness-raising event about the risks of genetic blood diseases ..!

Today, Monday 30 December 2019, the Society visited by the students of the International College of Health Sciences, Department of Laboratories, second-level, and they were received by Dr. Mukhtar Ismail, director of the Thalassemia and Genetic Blood Center, introduced them to the center’s departments and its needs and services that provides to patients.

For his part, Mr. Abdullah Al-Jadaei, Head of Public Relations and Media (PRM) Section, present an awareness lecture about thalassemia and genetic blood diseases, how they spread, their symptoms and effects, and ways to avoid them, in the presence of the group’s supervisor Dr. Abdo Al-Shuaibi, who in turn praised the extraordinary efforts made by the administrative body and the association’s employees to care for these patients and address these chronic diseases, he expressed his admiration for the extent of dedication, sincerity, and humanity enjoyed by everyone, wishing them more effort and generosity in eliminating this chronic & deadly disease ..!
