The Department of Medical Laboratories, Level Three, at the University of Science and Technology, Female Branch, held an awareness-raising event on Sunday morning to introduce the dangers of thalassemia and hereditary hemolysis, the ways they are transmitted to children, and ways to prevent them.

The event, which was attended by the Dean of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences at the university, Dr. Abdullah Al-Mikhlafi, Charity Bazaar to support patients’ projects.

During this event, the general manager of the association, Mr. Jamil Ali Al-Khayati, expressed his thanks to the university’s presidency and management, and those in charge of the awareness program; For their great efforts in adopting and sponsoring such awareness campaigns.
